The food was really good. It was good enough you make me want to come back, but the most remarkable part of our experience was the service. If you go to Frank's, you have to ask for Trinity. She provided the best service I've had at a restaurant in ages. Definitely 5 stars for service.
This place was GREAT. It came highly recommended by Tamara at Texoma Destinations. Out waitress, Crystal was GREAT too. They had a sandwich I've never heard of before. :Monte Cristo Burger with LOTS of good stuff on it. The Blackened Salmin special was excellent as well.
Great home cooking style food. Excellent catfish. Super friendly staff. Lot of locals in the crowd so you get to capture a good feel of what the area is all about.
What an awesome burger! Pricey but well worth it and delicious. Not many places with the real burger anymore. All the other plates I saw come out were heaping! Honestly my only complaint was the size of the drink. At that price it could’ve been bigger
This place was amazing to stop and eat. The atmosphere makes u go back in time its fancy or anything very old feeed with awesome. The food had very great tasted 😋 which great. Do I recommend going here or stopping to eat YEs.
Driving down the road, there is nothing around, then all of a sudden we see this plain building with a sign on top that says "Franks". Well, we just knew we needed to stop!! When you walk in, it's very open with tables scattered about. A simple, but fun menu and prices are comparable to other diners. Our waiter, Preston, was in shorts, a t- shirt, and a backwards ball cap, and by far a better waiter than some of the high dollar restaurants!! Now the FOOD!! OMG, the best burger I've ever had (aside from my own, of course!). I got the Swiss shroom burger and it was so juicy and yet cooked thoroughly!! The fries were hand cut and cooked just right. Mikey was the cook and definitely deserves recognition for his amazing skills. On a side note, the bathrooms are small, but very clean. We will be back! I want to try the chicken fried chicken next!
This is a lovely quaint, well kept, old fashioned diner. We had a nice breakfast right after they opened on a Monday. There were several other patrons, reading the paper and chatting with each other, vintage music playing in the background and we were greeted by a very friendly staff. The portions were generous and my eggs came out the way I asked for, and the chicken and waffle dish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I would definitely come back for lunch or dinner, as well. They give a discount for cash payment, and the cost is the most reasonable in the Texoma area.
Such a delicious meal!!! The burger meat is lean and freshly pressed, you can absolutely tell by the taste and looks. Its not overly seasoned at all and it always comes to you hot and ready to dig in!! The veggies are crisp and fresh along with the big pickle slices! 💖💖 As a fan of pickles i can't get enough of them. The french fries are just as good if not BETTER than most eateries around here. Not over cooked or over seasoned, cooked perfectly everytime! I love ordering from Franks when i need a quick bite for a fresh burger. 🍔
